Ewan McClure studied painting under Alexander Fraser RSA at Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen, graduating with honours in 1997. A promising Scottish artist, Ewan lives just outside Edinburgh and has exhibited widely. His thoughtful, energetic and classic observational painting follows in the footsteps of a great British painting tradition - indeed, Ewan has spent time painting in Hornell's studio in Dumfries & Galloway. Ewan's work is represented in private and public collections including the Royal Scottish Academy and the Robert Fleming collection.
