JOE HARGAN SOLO EXHIBITION
Joe Hargan returns with a full solo show, featuring his Sniffy works, large scale figurative paintings, and abstracts. One of Scotland’s finest painters, Joe is a master of colour and tongue in cheek humour. His paintings are not only finely executed; they offer humorous and sometimes surreal vignettes of the good life. Sniffy and various other characters feature within striking gallery and stately home settings. Recurring symbols and metaphors abound within the paintings, and one is often treated to a painting within a painting. An old master within a new master.

Although our large annual Small Paintings exhibition takes place every January we receive additional small works from artists throughout the year. You can see all of the latest and available small works here, with additional images to show their presentation.
