Sally Muir
Sally Muir specialises in paintings of dogs and occasionally landscapes, rodents and people. With her dog paintings she approaches the subject as seriously as she would a person, attempting to convey the dog through a non-illustrative mark making process.
She has published 3 books of dog paintings and is about to start work on a fourth. She has collaborated with several companies including Anthropologie, Comme des Garcons and most recently Hermes. She has exhibited widely and has works in various public and private collections, The Holburne Museum in Bath, Discerning Eye collection and Ruth Borchard Self Portrait collection.
