All purchases are subject to current availability and authorisation of payment. In the event that an artwork has been sold in our gallery prior to online purchase, the customer will be informed and no payment processed. Payment will only be processed when we have checked that your artwork is available and confirmed the delivery costs with you.


Postage costs are calculated for each piece relative to the size, weight and price of the artwork. In the event of any change in delivery cost, we will contact you before processing payment.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, subject to proof of loss or damage, we shall refund the cost of the piece.

Return of Purchase

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the artwork for a full refund. Returns must be informed within 7 days of receipt and the cost of return carriage must be borne by the purchaser. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

All disputes will be settled under Scottish Law.
